Race-ready 1967 Vintage Porsche 911 Race Car currently registered with Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing RMVR. This car complies with the RMVR rules generally stating that all equipment is standard on that model and year. It has a 2.4 ltr engine with GE 80 cams. There is NO rust and the chassis is sound. Without a sunroof, this car is perfect for tall people, and the seat can still be easily raised for shorter folks. It is a big advantage all of the tires are the same size, to give you the chance to rotate the tires at will as well as replace a single tire without having to buy a complete set. With the 7” rims, the 205 tire lies quite flat on the road, giving much better traction than its dimensions. Since I am not a mechanic, all work has been done by the best Porsche mechanics who specialize in race cars and know what they are doing. The windows have been replaced with plexiglass and lots of other extra weight tossed out to pare the weight down to about 1,950 lbs. Just finished top end with valve adjustment, leak down test, new oil. Race ready.
History This car weighs less than 2,000 lbs and has about 200 hp on the dyno. What a lot of fun that no larger car gives.
