Triumph Spitfire 1500 For Sale (1978) edit C105000 | | | 1978 triumph spitfire finished in inca yellow full test 07/2010 taxed oct 2009 comes with both hard and soft tops(duck type) both in excellent condition very good body work having being repainted this year to a high standard please note this was not due to rust but to restoration work carried out by previous owner.The last owner had the car for 10 years 9 of which sat in his workshop unused during that time it was fitted with new inner and outer sills both sides new front floor pans both sides boot floor new short motor oil cooler etc and then was undersealed to protect this work was carried out to a very high standard it has new tyres fitted just had a complete service and drives very well starts first time and a joy to drive.Would benefit with some tlc on the interior but is quite servicable as it is also had seats recovered non overdrive but a excellent car,if you require any more info please call me.
PS the triumph sports six club have valued the car at £4000 and is the aggreed valuation for insurance
