We bought this spider 2 years ago and had it completely overhauled by Alan Bennett at Benalfa.
The work included new brake cylinders, reconditioned cylinder head, new Pirelli 3000's tyres throughout, new radiator etc etc We spent over £3000 bringing the car up to a superb standard.
The car has always been very well maintained including a very good professional re-spray in 1996. At this time both sills were replaced and a comprehensive restoration was carried out.
The car is virtually rust free having been Ziebarted from new (and possibly since) and the interior is in excellent condition.
The car pulls well and is great fun to drive. Rumoured to have been brought to the market to rival the E type it packs a good punch.
This year I have spent another £1000+ including complete under body waxoyl, new spark plugs, indicator stick etc etc).
The hood again is in good condition and the mechanism folds well. The chrome work is not pitted and all the fittings are correct.
The car comes with a full 12 months MOT and 6 months Tax and is an absolute joy to drive.
Parts are readily available and cheap to source.
This car benefits from a genuine and well documented service and owner history and comes complete with tonneau cover.
Always stored in a wooden garage which is bone dry !
