Routemaster bus ideal conversion pub/play bus SOLD (1966) | | | Not for sale - it has been sold via a Car and Classic Free Ad | 1966 aec routemaster bus for sale. This vehicle is minus engine and seat frames but is far too good to scrap. Would make an ideal static play bus for kids at a pub or even a static cafe bus or many other uses but be certain this bus would put your business on the map as a talking point. Engine was removed in bus garage so another unit could be fitted to restore the bus back to being a runner and with some tlc would make a cheap bus when finished instead of paying some of the crazy prices these buses are demanding when restored. This bus was also one of the few rml type to be an overall advert buses in the 1970's so a nice piece of history. also offered for sale is RM125 which is a 1959 AEC ROUTERMASTER complete with AEC engine. 95% complete exterior and interior needs finishing and seats re-fitting but seat frames are included. bus has been an overall advert but can be left in that livery but has never been refurbished unlike the rml types so still has its original interior light bulb holders and other nice features. the grill and o/s/f wing panel are locked up inside the bus to save the possibility of the grill being stolen. buses/ coaches and many many routemaster/ leyland parts always in stock phone now with your requirements.
