Renault 4 LHD Normandy/France For Sale (1963) edit C111402 | | | The car has been stored for a long time in a garage. The car has around 45 000 km on the clock. The garage had “drops of humidity” on the body so it has many spots of rust but NO holes due to corrosion. It is superficial. The previous owner had taken the body apart and has worked on the chassis/engine. As you can see, everything is now neat, painted, changed to new etc. Chassis, floors etc were in perfect condition. Engine and gearbox (3 gears !) have been put back almost to new and are originals from the car (680-02 / 6 volts). The main distribution V gear is new (NOS part) and everything was looked after properly. The seats are separate (front), red vinyl and in good condition. Car is an Export model with rear pop out window. The body had been put to “nude” in view of a total re-spray, but this was never done. So now, the body, doors etc are back on the chassis for parking facilities. I have a rear brand new original rear bumper to go with the car. It has new brakes, 4 new tyres etc. The “carte grise” is of course, french, at my name. Car is parked in low Normandy, 60 miles down from Caen. I am selling it for 3000 euros net.
