Mercedes 350 SL Sports Convertible For Sale (1976) edit C113159 | | | will take better pictures this weekend if not early next week 34 yr old Mercedes 350sl V8 3500cc Very rare factory manual gearbox,almost unique, gives a true sports car feel of the strong 3500 V8. Very good on petrol compared to auto. Full exhaust. Lots of new chrome - front grill alone £600. Hood is in good condition and hard top in good condition. Interior is good but not perfect, seats are good showing no wear. Extensive history - every receipt to validate totaling £22K. Has had £3,097 Mercedes rebuild. Body has had previous restoration works - new panels, new doors, new front wings, sills, bulkheads. Paint finished to a very high gloss £1,175 in ice blue metallic - turns heads probably the colour! I'm not saying this car is perfect, it has a few imperfections to paint/bodywork - 5 bubbles on each rear arch, paintwork has 3 other minor areas to be attended to but overall is in good order for the money I'm asking and could be made perfect by the right person, not me.
