The Mercedes needs to be seen to be appreciated. Engine Bay one of the cleanest examples to todays standards.
The car was purchased Via The Harlow Group (Fathers Business) in my fathers name back in 1982. The Garage was known as Lancasters of Ipswich. Official Mercedes Dealership.
Between the years of 1982 & 1987 the car covered approx 57,000 miles and placed in Storage on and off until 1995 where my father retired and started to use it.
It was at this point I decided to
take the car from Hertfordshire and re-locate into Wales of where it remains.
Since owning the car I have placed approx 100 miles a year on the clock and I have it checked via the RAC just to ensure that all is well.
The car has been within the family since new,
The car isn't in need of any immediate work, however, it was my intention to replace the front seat via Mercedes.
I am keen to find the right owner for this vehicle due to the sentimental value and its history.
I believe with reference to other examples seen and sold the car is priced fairly @ £3,999 to the right person.
