Engine: 3litre straight six

Mileage: 96,000
The car has black Park Ward coachwork with cream leather interior. It is an automatic with factory fitted power steering and all round disc brakes; it has a stainless steel exhaust fitted.
4 owners from new, current owner since 2002. The car has been the subject of extensive on-going mechanical restoration which includes new brake callipers, pipes and pads, brake servo and master cylinder, front and rear suspension. The cylinder head has been converted to run on unleaded fuel and a recondition gear box fitted along with new wire wheels.
All of the above work has been undertaken by Alvis specialist Red Triangle. The car runs very well, is tight, doesn’t knock or rattle. The engine purrs beautifully and it keeps good oil pressure.
I have invoices dating back to 1991 for all work undertaken and MOT certificates going back to the same date. This suggests that the 96K miles currently showing is correct.
The bodywork is good with no rust. Red Triangle carried out an inner sill replacement in 2000.
The interior is good with new carpets being fitted The rear seats are good, however the front seats are worn and split and need to be recovered. The headlining is sound and all the dash instruments work
This is a solid and well presented example of a fast appreciating and highly desirable classic.
