RX7 FC3S Non-Turbo 61500 miles For Sale (1987) edit C115253 | | | YES 61500 miles.....
This is an ad for my RX7 fc3s non turbo.
This is the pure model I think as it has no power steering, no air conditioning and the large 4 pot brakes which are great.
I have owned the car for 5 years and I am the 3rd owner.
The car is mechanically sound I have recently replaced the radiator (£200 part) and put on a stainless cat back exhaust system (£350 but much cheaper than the standard Mazda parts.)
New brake master cylinder (£120 part).
2 new Toyo proxes on the front, and new brake pads.
A few years ago I had new front wings fitted (£110 each for the naked panels) during this summer the paint on nearside wing began to bubble and has flaked off. I think the wing was not keyed properly, the undercoat is intact and not rusty though.
Body is in decent condition for a 22 year old car.
Electrical system is not great as the idiot lights and interior lights do not work, there is no stereo currently fitted. All the important stuff works though ie. wipers, all exterior lights, dash lights, drivers window.
Sunroof does not work but I have a spare that works which I will include with the car.
I have a good amount of history with original service book stamped until 2001 i think, loads of bills some MOTs and old tax disks. I have always maintained the car well and had everything required done for each MOT. And I have changed the oil about every 3000 miles.
MOT till February 2010, and Taxed until December 2009.
I am only selling this car as I have been made redundant and cannot afford to keep it. I am not happy about this situation as i love this great little car and will miss its enthusiastic revvy style and excellent handling.
