Time Warp Collectors Car For Sale (1978)

1978 Mercury Marquis, this really is a time warp vehicle, until two weeks ago it had only one owner, who at 93 decided to give up driving and sold vehicle to me.
It is a beautiful pale yellow with a brown vinyl roof, exterior of car is almost mint, interior of car is a brown cloth which is mint and almost looks as though it had never been sat on. The engine is the 400 Cleveland V8(6ltrs), with the C6 automatic transmission. It has 80,000 original miles, drives like a dream and floats you along.
Word of warning, this car is 229 inches long (that's 19feet 1 inch or 5.81 metres ) so check your garage for length, I didn't and unless I want to leave this gorgeous car outside in the baking sun or tropical downpours, I have to sell it, so as the carpenter said, "measure twice, cut once" As I am reluctantly being forced to let the vehicle go, I would prefer to trade/swap for another smaller car in similiar condition to the Mercury. I would be looking for something along the lines of a Triumph Herald Vitesse 2ltr model,
Sunbeam Alpine, MG, Spitfire, I'm not looking for a new car, or a daily driver just a nice unusual car (for here, here being sunny Florida) to take to car shows, the newest model age I would consider is 1980, so basically anything before then. Email, let me know what you have, maybe we can work something out.
If you were setting up a business,It would make an ideal unusual,stunning,wedding car with easy access to the rear seats for the bride.
As stated would prefer to trade, but filthy lucre would work to. Sorry for the novel, but the car is just so nice I feel guilty even putting it on here for sale.
