E96 VYA was first registered in nov 87 in the very rare stratos silver over murcury grey with the even rarer daytona blue interior.To a doctor who bought the car for his wife. The escort remained with them for 12 years selling the car to thier friend John Edny in 2000. Mr Edny bought the car for his wife to use and also used her for day's out with the family. E96 VYA remained with Mr Edny untill 2009 when she was sold on and then i became the proud owner of her.
E96 VYA is quite something having only 66,000 miles from new with a very comprehensive history with reciepts for all sorts of things dating back to 87. She has a good original roof with a few minor splits in the usual places but she lets in no water.
The valve stem oil seals and cambelt has been replaced within the last 3mts.
The cover for the roof is also in great condition.
She has an aftermarket stereo in her but i do have the original if you require it.
E96 VYA is in great condition for a 22yr old and i have taken her to a few shows and i am a member of the xroc. and there is no other in this colour.She has tax and mot and is really a great car for her age.
