Austin Mini 1000 SOLD (1980) | | | 35,015 miles. MOT to February 8th 2010. Tax December 2009. The car has been part of the family since acquired 1st August 1980. Always garaged but little used vehicle. Runs well and I have no reason to believe there are problems with it. The colour was described on purchase as 'champagne', the registration certificate says 'grey' but to be honest it's beige or maybe magnolia.
The reluctant sale is driven by a planned move of house (there won't be room) and acceptance that she just isn't used enough.
Known faults: passenger window winder needs a new knob, twist grip choke control doesn't grip (I use a peg), one door shows some pitting, wheels could do with a respray.
