Mini Cooper Mk 2 - Totally original 75,000 miles For Sale (1969) edit C121218 | | | Reluctantly I am having to sell my Austin Mini Cooper Mk 2. It must be one of the most original mini coopers in this country. It has only covered 75,000 miles with full history including every MOT. It's the rare sandy beige with white roof and other than a light restoration in 1991, it is the same car that left the factory in 1969. The seats, the dash even the grill and obviously the engine etc is the original car. It has never been played with or modified. It has had seven previous owners with copies of all log books. I have just spent £1,000 mechanically including exhaust and brakes etc and it drives absolutely amazing! This is not a concourse mini because it is original even the floors are the original floors but it looks fantastic and I think it would be wrong to put new seats etc because the car is so original. Will put more pics up when it stops raining to show the interior with original steering wheel, gear knob etc. If you are looking for the most original, genuine Mk 2 Mini Cooper this is it!
