Jaguar XJS V12 HE 5 Speed Manual reg XJS 1S For Sale (1983) | | We are currently completing a major restoration to lower body - sills, rear arches, radius arm points and floor. It also has had a top quality respray in lhasa green metallic.
Car will be sold fully serviced with a full MOT ready for use. Please note this car was professionally converted to five speed Getrag gearbox and this conversion has since been copied many times since.
The car has full body kit, XK8 wheels and tyres, upgraded engine, adjustable e.c.u. and many other careful improvements.
Photographic evidence of all work caried out has been kept. Photographic album and file of all receipts will come with the car.
If sold to UK purchaser they will have the option to retain the special registration mark of XJS 1 S at an agreed price.
Approximately £12800 of work out including quad headlights, rebuilt/uprated air con, drilled/groved brake discs (front and rear) XK8 wheels and tyres plus many other sensible modifications. There is also a full TWR bodyki kit, uprated shocks, sports rack, nokia handsfree phone kit and top quality sound system.

This is not intended to be concours car, but is a very nice example of a rare performance XJS with five speed manual gearbox allied to a special 5.3 litre V12 engine.
