- Yes there is a stamped vin number from UNIQUE AUTO in Alabama.
- No the California Vin number was stamped in aluminum and melted off in the fire.
- I can replace the vin number on the frame at a highway patrol office.
Note: It is a clear title with a certificate of no operation. When restored and running it will be re instated as a clear title.
