XJ6 4.2 VUE 141X SOLD (1981) | | | Not for sale - it has been sold via a Car and Classic Free Ad | I have had for 6 years a 1981 VUE 141X long wheel base 4.2 XJ6 blue which has a genuine 58000 miles. An ex wedding car that has recently failed an MOT on underbody corrosion and I can't afford to make repairs. I had thought to scrap the car piecemeal but thought that an enthusiast may want a project car to work on. Chrome, upper body, interior, electrics, engine and gearbox (3 speed Borg) are all good. When a member of the Jag Owners club the car was valued for insurance at £3500. Would entertain £1000 to take the car away? Photos can be provided in support of the cars condition.
