A beautifully restored car we acquired in California, excellent body and paint...
- All new interior, rebuilt engine, carbs just done, disc brakes, wire wheels, new tan canvas tonneau, excellent chrome and trim, very clean engine bay.....sounds like 'hype' but one of the best MGAs I have ever driven.
-- Incredibly tight steering, excellent ride (soft but controlled), 80 psi oil pressure, everything works, can't find any rust anywhere, and an absolute dream to drive.
The Mk Is being a very nice variant...the nice earlier grille, disc brakes, and the more powerful 1600cc engine.
I suppose there is more about this car but the photos pretty much tell the story.
-- Certainly 'showable' and definitely a delight to drive (with a bow towards a bit of alliteration).
