This vehicle, built by Chamonix offers the best quality replication of this infamous car freely available to discerning owners, but with a modern twist. This beautiful vehicle is not to be confused with lesser cars which are based on old VW beetle floorpans. Chamonix use a unique 3” steel tube chassis, this gives the benefits of light weight, typically 125 kg less than those lesser cars, structural rigidity for a shake free ride and improved handling and much more interior space, invaluable whether touring or just enjoying a shopping trip.
