Peugeot 205 gti, 12 months MOT, Original condition For Sale (1989) | | Very rare chance to own a factory spec 205 gti
Includes all original features red carpet, cloth seats, 14" pepperpot alloys x5, Clarin headunit with code card, central locking, electric windows, full size vacum sunroof, front driving lights, 1.6 engine with 5 speed gearbox, still has the Brundall Peugeot decals on the rear arches from Main dealer seller when new.
Very good condition inside out. Drives well, pulls smoothly through the gears, no nasty knocking/clonking from engine/box or the suspension.
Speedo becoming tempermental possibly due to cable casing corroded. The drive seems fine.
Little surface rust at bottom of drivers side pillar but thats it.
Bodywork appears untouched with a couple of tiny age related marks, as is the interior. No burn holes or rips. the drivers seat bolster has collasped slightly but no damage too the material. Uncut shelf and original 4 speakers.
One key fits all locks inc glovebox.
Someone has fitted an aftermarket filter and a strutbrace but both items are easily removed. The calipers and drums have had some red paint treatment at some time but this can protect a bit from corrosion and looks slightly better then flaky drums.
Bought for a gti-6/ 2.0 turbo conversion but it seems wrong to pull this one about as its such an original.
