| This Pinto-engined LHD Ford Escort MK1 RS2000 rally-car has been constructed to Group-4 specifications in 2008 by a known Belgian tuner and rally-driver as his personal competition-car.
His main goal was to have a perfect car to participate in winter and gravel-rallies.
During preparation a lot of high quality parts, made by respected English Ford competition specialist GARTRAC, were incorporated into the car.
Since its construction this car has participated in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Belgian Boucles de Spa winter-rally and in the 2011 French Neige et Glaces winter-rally.
As the owner has started construction of a new Escort for the East African Safari this gravel rally-car is now being offered for sale.
The car is ready to be used, but like all competition-cars, will need a check-over before being used in real anger. With the car will come an extra set of wheels, a Belgian RACB logbook and a Belgian registration document.
