Panhard et Levassor Dynamic X81 Limousine For Sale (1939)According to the "club des Doyennes Panhard et Levassor", the car offered is the only known six-window limousine with a driver separation.
The model presented shall have been assigned to General Gamelin
The current owner bought it in poor condition in April 2007 from an individual living between Limoges and Brive-la-Gaillarde (France). He therefore decided to restore it from top to bottom: body stripped, sanded and restored by Pascal Le Gallet in Tapenasse, engine entirely redone by René Pujet, formerly from Panhard, the seating by Atout Sellerie in Glezet, the chrome in Lyon. The electrics are completely new.
Probably a unique car and practically historic, fresh from a superb restoration.

Selon le "Club des doyennes Panhard et Levassor" la voiture que nous présentons et la seule connue avec 6 fenêtres séparation chauffeur.
Cette voiture fait partie des 40 modéles construits pour l'Etat Major des armées Française à la veille du conflit de 1939/1945, il semble qu'elle fut la voiture de grande liaison du Général Gamellin.
Le propriétaire actuel l'a acheté en trés mauvais état en 2007 et a décidé de la restauré entierrement.
