Peugeot 404 Cabriolet - Right Hand Drive For Sale (1968) | | |
| Very reluctant sale of a really unique car. Peugeot Concessionaires in Croydon imported 12 cabriolets from the Peugeot factory at Sochaux and converted them to right hand drive at their headquarters. This is the only known survivor. I am only the fourth owner from new and it has covered an incredible 25000 (documented) miles. It has spent most of its life in a Peugeot Dealer's showroom on the Isle of Wight. It is in amazing condition as the photos show. The previous owner had the car resprayed to a very high standard and had the seats reupholstered in the finest black leather. It has a brand new double duck mohair hood and a factory metal hardtop. It comes with a unique handbook and service record, still with many services yet to be carried out and stamped! The car is taxed and is MOT'd until December 2013. Exchanges considered.
