Incomplete restoration but so close. I rebuilt this car from the ground up 20years ago and it has been in a dry barn since. The chassis is rust free, it has 4 new wings, re-spray, doors were stripped down and rebuilt, recon gearbox , new suspension bushes, engine received attention, new big and little ends, rings, etc etc. Car starts and runs well.
Problems resulting from storage are, brakes seized (Hand brake fine) paint has suffered a little, just surface issues but will require attention to be spot on, water pump leaking. There is also a pile of spares, too many to list but you shouldn’t need to but much for some time (there is at least 1 water pump), the boot of this car is full of parts.
I also have a brand new gearbox, brand new diff, 2 new wings and a full black Velor interior for sale, these parts can be bought separately for £500 or sold with the car.
I spent hours on this car as a youth so you hopefully you won’t have to, it deserves a good home so give me ring and we can negotiate.
