Previously owned and restored by a collector of classic British sports cars, this is a great opportunity to acquire a relatively low volume native sports car which has clearly been well looked after.
This most wonderful Healey 100/4 was first registered on the 6th April 1955 to a Mr Francis Smart of Cardiff and has subsequently had only 4 owners since.
Originally presented in Orange, a full bare metal body-off restoration was carried out in 1987, with photograhic records, and from the invoices and receipts in the history file this was carried out over the next four or five years. After this there are many bills and invoices for maintenance and upkeep plus the original buff logbook.
Now possessing a fabulous patina and with the desirable front disc brake conversion carried out this Healey 100/4 would be perfectly at home on tours, the track or at shows. It drives exceptionally well, with a sweet shifting three-speed gearbox plus a smoothly functioning overdrive - it also comes complete with full weather gear and tonneau.
