Morris Ital-marina kit car rolling chassis For Sale
now on ebay
here is a chance to have a nice project build or a load of spares for your Morris marina or ital
i don't know much about this rolling chassis if I'm hoist but Ive been told its based on a Morris marina or ital, if it was to be finished it would be known as a pilgrim bulldog. it was given to me by my partners dad who has moved to the isle of man, he had it kept outside under cover for about 2 and a half years withe the intention of finishing it but sadly the shell was lost in a fire.
i had it in my garage for around 2 months now and apart from test running the engine Ive not touched it really.
to be hoist i think it should be in the hands of someone how has interest in marina's and ital's due to the amount of spares you can get off it.
running engine bl o series 1.7
front suspension set up both sides
rear leaf springs
complete rear axle
front rear hubs
front brake calipers
complete rear drum brake setup
theirs properly loads more but basically a complete running chassis
parts missing that stops you being able to drive it (not that you would on the road) is seat, pedal box plum brakes in and clutch, and throttle cable. sort a steering wheel out and pipe up a radiator everything else is there
to see engine running go to http://youtu.be/4Rza6EW-RP4
i was told by the owner before my partners dad that the engine and gear box was both fully rebuilt which wouldn't surprise me as i wouldn't put an engine and box into a car that i was building without doing it, and the fact that its first start up was effortless
now im not to sure what its worth, so im just going on what Ive been told by people it could be worth in parts. im not willing to brake it up
please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries or offers and ill answer to the best of my knowledge
viewing is very welcome
