Registered Jan 1962 with 1100cc engine and drum brakes, 1/4 elliptic springs, side screens and "diy" hood, this is a very early spec Midget for the enthusiast driver. It has had some period modifications in the course of its life, eg bucket seats, 4 point seat-belts and roll bar, plus modified rear wheel arches. The car is emphatically not a show pony, but is a sound, usable example with a few paint chips etc that could either be repaired or resprayed entirely if you want to make something more out of it. Recent work includes brake master cylinder replacement, new head gasket and conversion to negative earth. Good fun, cheap to run and there aren't many left like it. £3,750 for the car, plus £1,000 for the unmissable number plate if you want it. New MoT to be included in the price.
