Buick Master Six Sedan SOLD (1928) | | |
| | 1928 Buick Master Six Sedan in Rolls Royce Ivory and Black, she is in concours condition with a fair amount of history and import documents, owned by myself within my company for the last 12 years. It is original right hand drive, exported to New Zealand in 1927. It appears it was used into the sixties and exported to Great Britain back in 1969, taken on by a professional car restorer with a total ground up restoration and put back on the road in November 1994. As far as i know she has been used as a wedding car ever since with 1 private collector in between, still only covered 5000 miles since restoration but the engine was recently rebuilt to remove the original cast iron pistons. It has a powerful 3,300 cc six cylinder engine on a 3 speed crash gearbox. Everything on this car has been rebuilt to original specification, looks as good underside as outside, even down to the original wooden wheels. She has new white wall tyres and refurbished cream interior to make it one of the best cars on the road today. Won first prize class concours in 2002 and 2007. Drives superb for era of car.Was valued at £25000, will consider sensible offers over £20000.
