HILLMAN MINX Series lllB Saloon SOLD (1961) | | |
| | | http://www.aceclassiccars.com | This Hillman Minx Series lllB was registered as XTH594 in May 1961.
The V5 log book shows that the car has only had three owners from new with the first owner keeping the car for 30 years until 1991.
The second owner kept it for eight years until 1999 when it was acquired by it's third owner, a retired motor engineer, who over the course of the next thirteen years restored the car to the standard we see today. It is only now being sold as this third owner has started to restore another vehicle.
The current milometer reading is 61448 and the car has just been fitted with four new Toyo radial tyres.
It has an MOT until April 2013 and we will arrange for the car to have 12 months Free Historic Road Tax on the windscreen when sold.
