Napier taxicab For Sale (1910) | | |
| This vehicle left the factory in June 1910 as a taxicab. It deteriorated over the years, and I got it as a rolling chassis some years ago. We built the body from a copy of the original blueprints from the Science Museum in London.
It had been fully restored to a very high standard and is a practical vehicle. It runs well and the body style is very convenient for rallying.The engine runs anticlockwise so we have fitted an electric starter discretely to make it easy to start. We managed 80kph in it once but we must have had a good tailwind! Email me for a full description of all the work that has been done and for more photographs.
May consider taking a vintage tourer or a 1960s British sports car as a part payment.
