Gorgeous In The 60's...Still Gorgeous Today! For Sale (1967)
The Daimler 2.5-V8 was a four-door saloon produced in Coventry, England by Daimler.
Launched late in 1962, it was essentially a rebadged Jaguar Mark 2, but fitted with Daimler's 2.5- litre V8 engine; aside from the engine, fluted (furrowed brow) grille and rear number plate surround, badges, drive-train and some interior details (such as a split-bench front seat and a black enamel steering wheel) the Daimler 2.5-V8 was otherwise indistinguishable from the Jaguar Mark 2.
I bought this Daimler in 2010, as a project car and have since carried out the following work:

All / any mechanical work on this car was carried out at Jaguar / Daimler specialists and only professional tradesman were contracted to carry out other work on this car. History and Receipts available.
Only traveled 166 miles since overhaul, it would be a good car for someone looking for a very presentable and usable example of these magnificent models.
It would cost a lot of money to build this car to this standard to day. It has a beautiful colour, a very straight body and albeit not concours, it can be described as a stunning example with all the hard work done, ready to be enjoyed.
