1972 Jensen Healey Mark 1 2 litre Convertible For Sale
I have owned this car for the past 5 years but reluctantly it has to go as I have other uses for the garage space it's taking up.
It has covered 76,000 miles, MOT until June 2013, is taxed (free)and has had the following work carried out during the past few thousand miles: engine stripped and overhauled including honed cylinder bore, decarbonised pistons, new rings fitted, new crankshaft bearings, cylinder head decarbonised, valve seats re-cut and re-seated, cylinder head re-faced, valved re-shimmed, new carburettors, new alternator, new cooling fan, re-cored and painted radiator, refurbished master brake cylinder, 4 new tyres, new (June 2012) battery, stainless steel exhaust. Hopefully what I have listed makes sense as I don't do oily bits and have taken the descriptions from the various receipts.
The car has leather seats out of a Healey GT, as opposed to the standard plastic ones which tended to split quite badly.
The roof and interior are in good condition, the bodywork isn't concours but there is no cause for alarm.
