Land Rover Series 1 Very original for Restoration SOLD (1954) | | |
| | Advertised on behalf of a friend who has recently saved this landrover .
It is a 1954 Series 1 86" 2.0 Petrol.
The vehicle is totally original including capstan winch. The first owner of the vehicle was "The General Electrical Company". It was then registered to a chap who then moved to Scotland in 1967 . It has only had one owner since.
The vehicle retains its original reg number and comes with Buff log book and current registration document.
It will require full restoration and a complete chassis. The mileage recorded is approx 92000.
Even though the vehicle has not been on the road since 1994 the vehicle started very easily and sounds very healthy( except for the lack of exhaust)The clutch if free, however there are no brakes.
