Austin 7 1934 Seven M/k 1 Ruby SOLD | | |
| | 1934 Austin Seven Ruby M/k1 with MOT and Historic Road Tax in Westminster Green
with Black wings and Cream Leatherette Interior, Cream Carpets
The vehicle was totally stripped down and rebuilt in the 1980s retaining the original cable brakes.
I have privately owned the car since April 2012, but unfortunately the garage where I keep it is having to be demolished for a land development and so reluctantly the lovely little vehicle has to go.
The Trafficators, Ammeter, Fuel, Speedometer, Oil Pressure gauges, Vacuum Wiper and Ignition Light, are all in good working order and it starts either on the electric starter OR the handle!
It has a strong, healthy non Smokey engine with good oil pressure, a full syncro four speed gearbox, new 6 volt battery, five realy good tyres and is a joy to drive.
For peace of mind I recently had the electrical system including the dynamo and starter motor checked out and serviced by an auto electrician!
This is a presentable little motor, not concours by any means but is still eye catching, tidy, reliable and solid, cheap to insure and economical to run.
It is offered for Private Sale for a fair 'near offer' price for such an appreciating and fun asset, for which prices for these lovable, usable little cars are rising all the time, so a sound and enjoyable investment!
The vehicle will be given a new MOT once a deposit has been offered.
Can be delivered by appointment - Strictly NO Canvassers or Scammers Thank You!
