Mercedes 280 SL Pagoda SOLD (1968) | | |

Complete with a colour coded hardtop, ice cold air conditioning and the original Becker Europa stereo this Pagoda is ready to be shown driven and enjoyed.
Having undergone a recent inspection and report through our workshops we can confirm that this example is one of the best presented and best driving we have had the pleasure of stocking.
Originally sold new to Dr Harry Hanson of Los Angeles this particular Pagoda comes with the most fantastically preserved handbooks, build plate, service stickers and even road maps of California in their 'Automobile Club Southern Carolina' wallet.
Once brought back to the UK in 2010 this car was fully serviced and checked over by a renowned Mercedes Benz specialist and also had any USA emission equipment removed to help performance and running and to bring it in line with european specification cars. Modern seatbelts have subsequently been fitted but such is the attention to detail they really do look period and likewise the air conditioning unit has been converted to run on modern gas.
