The car was subject to a ten year ground up restoration which has been fully documented in a journal with accompanying photographs and history file, and was published as the lead article in Practical Classics, March 1999.
Used regularly for European touring, the car drives very well, with strong engine, good oil pressure and very efficient cooling and braking. The professionally fitted Webasto roof enhances the usability of the car – particularly for hot weather touring.
