| 1959 MGA roadster with unusual dealer added option For Sale (C33028) | | | This is an unusual car in that it has a dealer installed option that was offered in 1958 something called a continental spare.
The continental spare can be removed and leaves nothing more then a small hole the size of a pencil that the license plate light wire would come through. All original bumper mounts are still there as original if spare was removed, rear bumper is in excellent condition. So you can have something very unusual or put it back as it was.
The car runs great, very solid on the highway with no shakes or shimmies, has rebuilt carbs, rebuilt brake cylinders and brake master cylinder and new brake shoes, new fuel pump, new radiator, new tie rod ends, new ball joints, new starter pull switch, new seat upholstery, new rosewood dash installed beautifully over the metal dash. New windshield glass. Fuel tank was just removed and professionally cleaned out.
Original engine, heater and heater fan works, all lights work, with turn signals even the little passenger side dash light, all gauges and horn and wipers work.
Small split in front left side corner of soft top, has side curtains, nice carpet. Good muffler.
4 excellent tires, bias ply, new spare tire.
Extras include original hand crank, tire tool.
Car always starts right up and runs great and will idle all day long with out over heating. Because of new radiator. Compression is 120 lbs per cylinder.
two rust spots the size of a large coin one in front of each rear wheel on the body, (I have photos of the two spots) and a few tiny bubbles under paint. The chassis is as solid as a brick. Door sills inner and outer are excellent. Front apron is in good condition.
Chrome bumpers and grill are excellent.
Doors, bonnet, boot lid all fit well.
It has a new 12 volt battery, set as positive ground.
Car was painted in the 80s and its fair to good condition with a few peeling areas.

or just email me and I will be happy to email more photos to you.
Wire transfer only no phony cashiers checks.
Price: $358,500.00 This is dollars not pounds.
Why so much, because it has special air in the tires that smells like fish and chips and the tires have genuine black plastic valve stem caps.
The car is in Atlanta, Georgia
