Present owner for 15 years, the car was painstakingly restored between 1993 and 1997 using genuine parts and panels including new wings and floor-pans. It has been restored to original spec. Finished with a genuine German mohair hood, new VW padding and headlining and new cross weave carpets from Newton Commercial. The 1500 s/p engine was also rebuilt to original spec. A regular on the show circuit since 1995 it has numerous class wins and best of show. The underneath is as clean as the top! Since the restoration the car has had summer use only.
