| 1936 Daimler Convertible Roadster Sports Special For Sale (C34395) | | | This advert is for my fantastic and unique 1936 Daimler V8 Special Convertible Sports Car, recently re-commissioned for the road and with full MOT.
Historically she has obviously been the subject of a comprehensive nut and bolt rebuild, well cared for ever since and presents herself extremely well.
The coachwork is finished in British Racing Green and although not concourse, is much admired and polishes up beautifully with no rot or rust present.
The chrome work is in good condition as can be seen in the pictures and is all present.
Painted wire wheels and good tyres all round with rear mounted spare.
Fitted with the superb, powerful and highly acclaimed Daimler V8 engine and auto box from a 1961 Daimler SP250 Dart she is immensely enjoyable and exhilarating to drive.
The interior is immaculate as can be seen in the photographs, nicely trimmed in cream with contrasting green piping.
There is a fitted black tonneau cover included.
She is incredibly practical too, with seating for four or five and even though I am 6'6" tall there is still sufficient legroom behind me when I am at the wheel.
The boot is of a practical size and ample enough for stowage of luggage or picnic hampers for those sunny afternoon jollies etc.
Starts on the button with no known faults.
