Due to purchase of another classic, my superb Jaguar is for sale, if I had space to keep 2 I would but has to go.
Since it was 4 years old this car has lead a very sheltered & pampered life.
Bought new by a Communications company in London (not BT)presumably for its M.D.
When 4 years old bought by elderly couple that used it locally & had it serviced annually, always garaged.
When 18 years old bought from this garage by gentleman who used only in summer months for the 7 years he owned her.
I bought her 3 years ago, have enjoyed her during fine summer outings (usually Jaguar events) during my ownership I have detailed the engine bay (not concourse but very presentable)I fitted a doeskin interior from a 1988 V12 sovereign (original tan interior still available as are original steel wheels with chrome trims, when bought was 100% original(down to radio) so could be again if desired) I prefered the lighter trim with the wood door cappings.
Has XJS polished spoked lattice wheels on.
New front dampers, balljoints, upper wishbone bushes (Had noticed original ball joint covers had split so changed them) also cleaned & detailed under wings, totally rust free (paintwork under underseal as new) suspension arms sprayed, like engine bay maybe not quite concourse but very presentable & certainly show standard.
Curently on SORN, will fly through MOT!
Valued at £5000+, open to sensible offers, would like her to go to a good home.
Price reduced for quick sale, dont mistake for usual rust buckets this is a superb car!
