Red with black interior, one of the last GTI 16 valves to be produced. Owned by me since 97, been standing for about 4 years.
LATEST NEWS: Now had new alternator and battery fitted, petrol drained and is now running. All electrics and hydraulics functioning perfectly, engine sounds sweet as a nut.
Interior is all good, the exterior will require some cosmetic work. It has plenty of history, having been looked after by 'Mark Lightfoot' our local Citroen specialist, including a £600 engine rebuild. Had one offer of £1000, the guy wants the engine out for a transplant into a Peugeot. I don't want to see the car broken up, would prefer the car to be kept in one piece therefore will sell for £1100.
The car will clean up well and make good, fast (168 bhp) reliable 'classic transport.
