1 owner from new! ALWAYS garaged, not a spot of rust!
I`m selling this amazing timewarp car on behalf of the elderly owner.
Unfortunately he has had to stop driving due to ill health (he is in his 80`s), but he brought this car new in 1993, 15 years ago.
He only used it to do short journeys to the shops etc, hence the rediculously low mileage!
He has kept the car serviced annually, whatever the mileage.
The engine bay for example looks virtually showroom fresh, yet has never been cleaned!
The bodywork did have a few marks due to minor paint damage which occured in the garage, this has now been repaired at my friends garage although another mark has appeared on the drivers door(slight paint scuff, not dented).
The interior is unworn if needing a slight hoover & clean, & is in very good order, never smoked in either. The only thing letting it down is the non standard stereo which could easily be swapped back to a Ford one to make a concourse car!
As one of the last GLS models its very well equipped with PAS, ABS, disks all round, sports suspension & seats, 14" 5 spoke alloys, rear spoiler, front fog lamps, red inserts on the bumpers, 150mph speedo, electric windows, a sunroof, central locking & loads more. It also comes with an extra spare alloy & tyre.
The ORIGINAL tyres(Goodyear NCT`s) have no perishing(remember, theyve been in a garage all the time) & have loads of tread left. The exhaust even has its Ford stickers on!!!
Also being one of the last Sierras built(registered 21/1/93, the Mondeo was launched at the end of Jan 93), it has the later I4 twin cam type engine with a timing chain, not the old pinto engine with a belt.
This is a very good long term investment.
