| 1963 Sunbeam Alpine Sports Mk3 GT For Sale (C49988) | | | Stored in garage for many years. Interior and mechanically good, bodywork neds some attention. Hard top and wire wheels, wallnut dash.
The engine has not been started for some time and it would need to be trailered.
I have had the car since 1978.
Mileage is 68,000.
Engine ok, but not been run for about 10 years.
Gearbox and overdrive replaced about 15 years ago and only used for about 5000 miles.
All instuments work and the interior is clean.
Soft top is not original, has not been fitted and needs new cover, the 1600
MK3 GT was removeable hard top only.
I also have many spare parts.
No current MOT.
Bodywork requires some work and patching up in the usual places, I have 2 replacement sills but not fitted, the last owner fitted ally sills and they are no good. The floor and jacking points are reasonable.
Reason for sale, I have not had the time to work on it as planned and now we are moving house.
