| Dodge 1/2 ton stepside pickup truck For Sale (1946) edit C52490 | | | 1946 Dodge pickup truck. This truck was imported from Florida last year. It is now UK registered and comes with an age related UK registration. MOT'd for approx 7 months, Tax exempt.
This is a tidy little truck and since being registered in the UK has been my every day transport, it is now time for someone else to enjoy driving it. I have driven it from Bristol to Beaulieu on one occasion covering approx 200 miles over the weekend with out a hitch. Has the original 6 cylinder sidevalve engine which drives well and has good oil pressure. It has a new set of 6.50x16 crossply tyres, mounted on slightly earlier dodge easy clean wheels (1938 type). The paint work polishes up nicely and is very presentable. The bed is timber and looks good, has a side mounted spare which is a attractive feature. Alternator conversion for practicle charging. Overall a very useable truck which wont dissapoint!!
