HILLMAN SUPER MINX MARK IV (1966)- RESTORATION PROJECT
The bodywork is generally in good order accept for corrosion around the wheel arches and the sills on the side / underneath of the vehicle - but overall in good condition for its age. The interior is blue leather and is also in good overall condition. It has a boot rack and tow bar and is obviously tax exempt. There is no MOT at present. The engine is in good order and starts first turn of the key. Everything works on the car mechanically although it has been standing (covered up) and the handbreak is sticking. The lights all work, but the window wipers need attention and the drivers door doesn't open fromm the inside (should be relatively simple to fix). I have driven in first / reverse gear and it drives fine accept for the sticking handbreak. To pass the MOT it needs welding under the sills. This could be a lovely car if you've got the time - sadly I haven't
