Wolseley Hornet Special For Sale (1933)
1933 WOLSELEY HORNET SPECIAL
This is a pre-war six cylinder sports car that you can actually get into and drive in comfort.
Finished in a nice shade of British Racing Green with green trim, this Wolseley has been completely restored and is fitted with the correct 1271cc engine which has been rebuilt, balanced and fitted with an up-rated lubrication system, kenlowe fan, branched manifold and twin inch and a quarter su’s with a four speed gearbox.
It has 12 volt electrics with correct period instruments, hydraulic brakes and the correct 18” wheels with period Michelin tyres. The chassis has been upgraded for extra rigidity and it drives very well.
It has a full length mohair tonneau cover and fold flat windscreen.
I have photographs and invoices of the restoration, owners manual, parts book and relevant Wolseley Hornet Special literature.
This car is road taxed (foc) mot tested and has a VSCC buff form.
