This is your chance to purchase a Classic Sports car, this is a very, very reluctant sale.
The engine has been replaced because the original engine sustained engine damage due to the sump hitting a ramp in the road.
The replacement engine has only done 88,000 miles, and is two years younger than the original engine.
The engine replacement has been professionally fitted at D. C. Wilson at Lancaster, it has had new oil / filter and full cam belt kit fitted, new timing belt etc. It has 8 months MOT and the vehicle has over half a tank of fuel.
New Timming belt & Kit, new Gaskets and new oil seals, New water pipes, oil and filter changed, new anti freeze, new rear exhaust mountings.
This vehicle has had a lot of money spent on it, Approx £2000.00 in the last three years I have all the bills, it has full BMW service History up to 72375 miles the vehicle has done 100537miles.
Please see attached photos for body work condition, no rust in any wheel arches, slight body markings on paint work near rear petrol tank cap and small scratch on boot.
I have several old MOT Certificates and a lot of receipts.
The car had a new clutch fitted at 100427 miles it has done approx only 100 miles on the new clutch when the incident happened.
A new fuel tank has been fitted and all rear bushes on the suspension have been replaced, front suspension bushes replaced at 70417 miles and front swivels.
Front and rear breaks have been replaced with new cylinders on rear breaks fitted in 2006 and a new water pump was fitted at 95498 miles.
New rear wheel bearing fitted 97109 miles with new rear exhaust pipe and bracket also exhaust centre section, new exhaust bushes fitted.
Two new front tyres fitted at 97105 miles.
Any test drive on your insurance cover is available. The car has been fully inspected by the DVLA and I have the documentation to prove this.
