The car has 11 months MOT and is road tax exempt.
The car has the Triumph 1709cc engine mated to a 4 speed box featuring a freewheel hub. The car is finished in Savannah Beige, with period hella spots.
I bought this car last year from a gentleman who lives in the Isle of Man, the car was one of three 99's that he owned two of which being chrome bumper models. I actually ended up buying the other chrome bumper model too. He had evidentally spent great time and care having this little 99 restored, but unfortunately supplied me with no paperwork with the car, other than the export papers form the Isle of Man. I know that the car had a reconditioned water pump fitted prior to me purchasing it. Once in the UK I put the car through its MOT, it passed needing only a steering rack gaiter.
We recently drove this car from Stafford to the 2008 SOC national meet near Preston where the car won Best SAAB 99 in show.
I would really like to see this car go to a fellow enthusiast.
