Cadillac Allante convertible For Sale (1987)



Rare in UK, great two seater convertable A lovely, lightly used, and very reliable long distance cruiser in either hard top or soft top form. The car has done 92000 miles and had regular servicing. It is not immaculate as it has been used regularly in summer months for holidays and car shows. The interior leather has a nice patina and no tears, red undercarpets in great condition as it the red carpet in the big boot. The wool overrugs could do with changing though for showing. Finished in a pearlecent white the car has Mot and tax till May next year, and come with a good history file. Maintenance is very straight forward, and even if something is needed from US, it is readily available, very cheap compared to euro parts, and arrives within days ( last was an oxeygen sensor 2 years ago, that was here for a few pounds in a matter of a couple of days!) The car is a second car (Boy Toy!)but a change in circumstances means loss of garage. Although American it is similar in size to the Merc SL which were its competition at the time. The car is 4.5 auto and very relaxed quiet and comfortable, though with a great acceleration if u wanted.. cruising will return 22mpg , my average is 19mpg, and when budgeted on a classic car policy ( 4500 miles for £270 a year for me) is part of the enjoyment
