| Hillman Hunter GLS with Holbay Engine For Sale (1974) edit C56188 | | | GLS complete with so many spares there are too many to list. These includes; two sets of the Webber 40's, brand new alloy sill covers which have been custom made for me, with the clips etc (these cannot be purchaed anywhere to my knowledge), brand new things such as alternator, starter motor.
This car was to be my pride and joy. I purchased it just under two years ago, where it had sat in a garage on blocks (to protect the suspension) since 1982, having only done 67k from new.
It had almost no rust whatsoever!
All the chrome has been polished up to near perfect (they were just dirty with age).
It has the complete history with every bill and original documents, including the purchase receipt.
The car has been completely resprayed. The engine is out, the head has been partly reconditioned (there was hardly anything wrong with it, just dirty), the carbs have been cleaned up (they were fine too). The interior door panels and handles need to be put back, and the bumpers and front lights.
The interior is practically like new. I dont think the back seats were ever sat on.
