| MG METRO 1300 - C-Reg. For Sale (1985) edit C56477 | | | An almost mint "A1" condition 1985 Mk2 MG Metro. 39000 miles, Lots of history including 1st owner had it for 18 years & never took it out in the rain. He kept a log of everything that was ever done to it & the date it was done etc.
Interior is absolutely immaculate, Exterior has a few stone chips to front valence & edge of bonnet plus a small car park ding in the drivers door. It has been waxoyled from new. 2nd owner had only driven it twice in the rain & that was on way home from 2 MG shows (one of which I was present at with another car) I have never driven it in the rain, in fact since buying it in Sept 06 I have only done 24 (TwentyFour) miles in it after getting it home - up to the beginning of September this year. In the time I have had it the car has spent 99.9% of it's time in a heated showroom on display.
I don't think the spare wheel or tool kit has ever been used.
Everything works as it should.It has been on sorn for ages but I recently taxed it & have used it on dry days only one of which was to a Metro meet at Longbridge recently.
The car will only be sold to a true enthusiast who will appreciate it for what it is.
The MOT is due in November but will be sold with a fresh certificate.
